Ruth MORRIS Obituary

Dear Barrie and family,
We are so sad to hear about the passing of our friend & colleague, Ruth. All our family send their condolences, love and best wishes to you, Barrie, and to all the family.
We have watched the recording of the service, which was very touching and honouring to a very special person and we´re sad that we weren´t able to be there in person on the day.
We have such fond memories of Ruth (and yourself) right from our arrival in Côte d´Ivoire in 1998, when you took us to your home in Bouaké, and began our orientation to a new culture and country and gave us a welcome meal which we and the children appreciated greatly!
At the school we worked along side Steve & Rhonda who made such an encouraging and uplifting contribution for both staff (African and Teachers etc.) and of course the students alike.
Ruth has always been so kind and helpful to us, even years later after our return to the UK and during our ministries in the valleys in Wales, always putting others before herself. We have always appreciated your prayers for us as a family over all these years
We are sad for your loss and for ours, but we know that Ruth, herself, will be safe, secure and at peace with our Lord and Saviour,
We know the Lord, the God of all comfort and compassion, will be walking with you and the family through these sad days and we are upholding you in prayer.
