Every day I talk to you and tell you how much I miss you. We were able to talk to each other about anything. We were soul mates.
Such a loss, a talented musician, artist, photographer, teacher and you were technically ahead of your time.
We struggled with your illness but we got through most of it together. We broke each other's hearts to know the worth of what we had.
It is harder with you gone than if I had never known you but I wouldn't have missed being with you for the world. You finally have the peace that you craved. I am keeping you safe in my heart until we meet again.

From the staff of Te Atatu Intermediate. We will always remember his kind heart. So often he would show his kindness when you least expected it. And then there was his dry sense of humour - oh and his unreadable handwriting which often had us scratching our heads hoping it wasn't something desperately important. Rest in perfect peace Ken.
