Robert Polito Obituary

Bobby Polito, age 42, of Woburn, formerly of Stoneham, departed unexpectedly on February 22, 2022. Born on September 29, 1979 in Stoneham Massachusetts to loving mother Laurina Polito of Woburn Massachusetts. Also survived by his sister Sandi Elderd , nephews Jesse Elderd and Jamie Elderd and niece Haley Elderd all of New Hampshire. Bobby was first and foremost a loving, caring son. The bond and connection they shared was special. Bobby loved his mother. He was a devoted uncle, who took pride in being there for his niece and nephews. He loved his family.

Bobby worked as a landscaper for Tom of Tom's landscaping out of Malden. To say he was a landscaper is an understatement, he was a true plantsmen; he loved his work.

Bobby lived life with his whole heart. He was an eccentric soul who was all about love and light. Bobby had a deep passion for nature and animals, experiencing all that Mother Nature had to offer. Music was a big part of who he was. He went to endless live performances and festivals. Bobby also was an original founder of The Blue Room Production Company. Bobby made friends everywhere he went, from all walks of life. Many people were touched by his one of a kind personality. You will never find another Bobby Polito.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 1st from 4:00-8:00 P.M. at Anderson-Bryant Funeral Home, 4 Common St., Stoneham.  A Prayer Service will be held at the funeral home, Wednesday at 11A.M. followed by entombment in Woodbrook Cemetery, Woburn.

Bobby I still think about you all the time and all the memories we shared growing up. You were one of the good ones and always had the ability to make anyone a friend or not feel like they had known you forever. You were truly a pure soul. ♥

Bobby, you were such a special soul. You didn’t just love life you showed everyone around you how beautiful it was. Either by your talks, or joining you to a concert, or just hanging out talking about memories. There was never a moment you weren’t a good guy and you always had principles you always stuck to, like making sure no one was left out and whomever was sad you would spend time making sure they knew they were YOUR friend and that they mattered. God I will miss so many things about you. I know Cheryl & Smackie will have created you at the gates and your contagious smile is still filling a place where you are loved just as in your life. Like it was written “There will NEVER BE ANOTHER You” to say I’m sad is an understatement. I have talked to so many people this past few days that have known you since even before ai ever met you in 96’ but what we all have in common was that you were a soul meant to be something great and you whether you realized it or not you were! And we will never forget that smile and that hair. but we will never forget your love for all people and all things and how
Easily and exceptionally you express that to everyone you met. You will be sadly missed Bobby. Xoxo

We were not blood but you were my kid brother and I was your 'other big sister'. I was always proud you felt that way about me and I felt the same about you. So many memories! You will be missed and you will not be forgotten. Watch over your mom, Sandi, Jesse, Hailey and Jamie.
