Guillermo "William" Rivera, affectionately known as "Billy", passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 14, 2021, at the age of 61.
Born in Trenton, NJ, Billy graduated from Pennsbury High School in 1978 and has been a long-time resident of Yardley, Pennsylvania. Billy was a skilled electrician who dedicated over 30 years of service to General Motors.
He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, listening to music, especially anything by Elvis Presley, and entertaining his family and friends.
He also enjoyed vacations to Mexico and the Bahamas with his family.
Billy is the son of the late Carmen (Thibault) and Guillermo Rivera and brother of the late Aurele and MaryLyn Rivera.
He is survived by his brother, Ricky Rivera; sister in law, Patti Shaw; nephew, Lee Nolan (Jessica); nieces, Jacquelyn and Kelsey Rivera; great-nephews and niece, Joseph and Jenna Nolan, Gavin Rivera, Gunner Vuolo; his former spouse and friend Robin Catogge and his beloved dog, Mr. Snuggles.
Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, November 20, 2021, from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where his funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm. Interment will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Billy's name may be made to the Gift of Life Donor Program, 401 N. 3rd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123.

Hey Billy ! Long distance relationship are better than nothing . Thanks to you to kept the contact with us here in Canada . my English is not as strong as my French but I I was happy when we had these conversation on the phone about our memories / souvenirs of when we were younger. You enjoy talking about uncle Leo, uncle Aurel , Roger my father and my brothers, the Lac Frontière.. I guess it was all good memories I will have good memories of you now, Billy !
