Maxine ARNOLD Obituary

QSO - Born 17 May 1928 at Hawera, died 4 September 2025 at Titahi Bay, aged 97 years. Maxine, alongside her late husband Bill, arrived in Porirua in the 1950s, quickly embracing their new home with energy and commitment. Maxine served her community with pride as a representative of Porirua City Council, Wellington Regional Council and a member of Porirua District Licensing Trust. She will be dearly missed by her family, Kerry and Ann, Kim and Sarah, Rhys and Judith, and treasured grandchildren and their partners, Aaron, Christaan, Kyle, Meghan, Kathryn, Joseph, Madelaine, and Jack, and great-grandchildren Mila, Francis, Micah, Matias and Freya. Respected ex-mother-in-law of Prue and Sharla. Special thanks also to the wonderful support received from the Nurse Maude organisation and Titahi Bay Doctors.
