Five years ago now you were taken from us far too soon. We all miss you and you are held tightly in our hearts and minds. You would have three wonderful grandchildren. You should be in all our lives and we in yours. All our love - Jonathan, Nicholas, Samme, Hayley, Sam, Finn, Elliott and Alice.
