Rosina, Tracie, Carleen, Barry and Families would like to sincerely thank everyone from near and far, also those who had to rearrange their holiday plans to be with us as we said goodbye to John, the man with the affectionate smile and firm handshake. Your love and support meant more than words can say and knowing he was surrounded by so many who cared for him brought us great comfort. We deeply appreciated your messages, flowers, food, baking, phone calls and visits over this time. A special thank you to Carmen Stewart for leading John's service "His Way" which truly reflected him. Our heartfelt gratitude goes to Dr. Stephen Voss for many years of care and support and to the Winton District Nurses, John's girls from Good Partners for their special care and love shown to him and to ACC for their unwaiving care and support which allowed us to care for John at home. We are incredibly grateful to Wintons Ambulance, Fire and Police for their assistance, and compassion on the morning of his passing.
