PODWIN, Zbigniew Witold (Tom). Passed away peacefully on 8 June 2018, aged 94 years. Dearly loved and treasured husband of Helena. Father of Richard, the late Alice, and Chris. Father-in-law of Susan, the late Wiesio, and Sandra. Grandfather and Dudee to Emily, Thomas, Marek and Ania. Brother-in-law to Roman and Judy. Uncle Tom to Stefan, Irena, Michael, the late Chris, and Johnny. Requiem Mass will be celebrated at St Dominic's Catholic Church, 32 Bolton Street, Blockhouse Bay on Wednesday 13 June 2018 at 11.00am, followed by Interment at Waikumete Cemetery. Sincere thanks to all the wonderful staff and carers at Peacehaven Rest Home & Hospital who were involved in Tom's care, especially in his final days. 'You were a gentle, humble and most wonderful man who will remain in our hearts and thoughts forever. Rest In Peace now, surrounded by your loved ones that you have missed for so long'.
