Yvonne PEACHEY Obituary

We will never forget the short time we spent with Yvonne and Dale at their B&B, it was such a privilege to meet them. We went sport fishing and Dale went spearfishing. That evening Yvonne made us a fantastic dinner of Crayfish and assorted goodies. In addition to Crayfish Dale also got a nice yellowtail, needless to say I was very impressed with his catch. We were so struck by their good-natured wonderful attitudes, love for each other and stories we kept in touch for many Years afterward. They spoke fondly of their family and wonderful life, I am sure they are together in Heaven. Best wish to their legacy that is family.

To the family of Dale and Yvonne Peachey, you don't know me or my husband but we stayed with your Mom and Dad twice when they hosted guests. We cherished our time with them. I'm sorry for your loss but please know they touched many people including one young couple who were just thinking of starting a family. I still have Yvonne's recipe for granola mix. Yvonne was the most wonderful neighbour and friend. We enjoyed many wonderful dinners and parties with her and Dale in Kuaotunu. A true lady now gone to join the love of her life.
