Many years ago I had the pleasure of working with Yvonne at Wairau Rd/ Link Dr BNZ. We ladies were known as the `Blue Rinse Brigade´ Yvonne´s hair was far from blue. We were the best tellers on the shore. We shared many happy times together celebrating Birthdays and Weddings at work with her wonderful cakes and her flair for decorating for the occasion. Lovely memories of great times. My deepest sympathy to Ian and family on the loss of Yvonne.

Deepest Sympathy to Ian and family on the loss of Yvonne. I have fond memories of her as my SCD teacher while I danced at the Browns Bay Scottish Country Dancing club 15 years ago. She was always so lovely and kind and a great teacher.

I first met Yvonne as a visitor to Milford Scottish Country Dance Club in the mid 1970´s and continued to see her at club dances, summer schools and region events over the years since then. I was thrilled to see her receiving her teachers certificate and then go on to teach around New Zealand and overseas. Her contribution to dancing has been considerable and we have lost a friend and leader from the RSCDS scene.
My sympathies to Ian and family in their loss and we appreciate having been able to share Yvonne with you over many years.
