Winston OLIVER Obituary

OLIVER, Winston George. On 19th July 2023 peacefully at Whanganui Hospital surrounded by his loving family aged 83 years. Dearly loved Soul Mate of Heather for 58 years. Much loved Dad of Joanne and Steve, Pauline and Robert, Kathryn and Gavin, and the late Malcolm. Loved Granddad of Kate and Hilton, Sam and Charlotte, Karen and Jono, and Paul. In accordance with the family's wishes a private cremation has been held. A service to celebrate Winston's life will be held at a date to be confirmed. Dempsey & Forrest Locally Owned

Sorry to read of Winston's passing, We will never forget in the 1980's we first heard of Winston's tour of the Whanganui River through Country Calendar. We did the tour the following year and absolutely loved it. Winston was a great tour guide and host. Our deepest sympathy to you Heather and your family. David and Gay Bevan
