William WALKER Obituary

Dear Jenny - our condolences to you and your family. We are so thinking of you as you grieve and remember the good times. We have treasured meeting you and Willi - these gatherings have always been warm and fun. Willi was so easy to connect with; he had a big generous heart.

My aroha to you and your whanau Jenny. Will was a swimming coach at Queen Victoria School in the 60s I have not seen him much since then but I enjoyed seeing the lovely family photographs he posted on FB. I am unable to attend the funeral but please whisper my goodbye to him and take care of yourself Arohanui Jenny Senior.

Relationships lasting one way or another through 76 years are to be appreciated. Lot of fun and some adventures. Sorry you´re gone Willi.

Farewell my old friend of over 60 years. We had some fun and great times together particularly in London in the mid `60s when England won the football World Cup.
