William WALKER Obituary

WALKER, William Francis. William passed away peacefully at Auckland Hospital on December 4 aged 93. Much devoted husband of Eileen for 66 years, father to Carl, Peter, Catherine, John and Roz , grandfather to Chris, Tim, Nicole, Daniel and Kirsty and great grandfather to Kane. We will miss you so very much and you will always be in our hearts. A service will be held at the Mangere Lawn Cemetery Chapel on Friday 10 December at 11am for double vaccinated guests. Thankyou Dad/Poppa for giving us all so much happiness and love for over 60 years. We all have so many happy memories of working bees at our house, trips to Australia, Rarotonga, and the USA. The countless hours spent reading and tutoring Chris Tim and Nicole we are extremely grateful for. The many road trips to tennis tournaments are forever forged in Chris and Tims hearts. You gave us one precious gift and that was your time, of which you were extremely generous and selfless with.
