RAND, William Henry (Bill). Passed away peacefully on 26 August 2023, aged 87 and three quarters. Dearly loved and soulmate of the late Pat. Cherished and loved father of Chris and Julie, Deborah and Glenn. Treasured grandpa of Annaliese, Devon, Charlotte and Cooper, great-grandpa of Oakley. A private service will be held.
