William RACKHAM Obituary

RACKHAM, William James (Bill) QSM. (NZ Fire Services Double Gold Star and Life Member.). Peacefully, at his home in Paeroa on 22nd January, 2023; aged 81 years. Dearly loved Dad of Bill Jnr, Graeme, and the late Paula. Cherished Grandpa of Jamie, Seth, Kelsey, Jazmin, and Brianna, and great-Grandpa of Luka and Evie. Cherished brother of Bob and Elaine. Highly regarded long-serving Fire Chief of the Paeroa Fire Brigade. A celebration of Bill's life will be held at the Paeroa War Memorial Hall, 142 Normanby Road on Wednesday 1st February at 11:00am, followed by interment at Pukerimu Cemetery.
