QUELCH, William Erwin of Scarborough, Ontario November 24, 1929 - September 27, 2017 Passed away, in his favorite chair, of natural causes. Member of the Size, Soper, Carson, Hay Family. Bill has gone to join the love of his life, Genny. Celebration of Bill's Life will be held on Friday, October 6, 2017 from 1 - 3 p.m. at McDougall & Brown Funeral Home, Scarborough Chapel, 2900 Kingston Rd. (just east of St. Clair Ave. E.).
