PENNY, William Norman. 3.1.1939 - 10.6.2023 Much loved husband of Laurel, Father of Grant and Jane and Father-in-law of Tracy and Matt. Grandfather of Cassey and Ella, Cody and Emilie, Sam and Shae and Sam and Nathan. Loved friend Rachel. Passed peacefully at home, surrounded by family. Will be greatly missed.
