To the family and friends of Willy:
Hold tight to memories for comfort,
lean on your friends for strength,
and always remember how much you are cared about.

December 14, 2010

God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be so he put his arms around you and whispered, "Come to Me". With tearful eyes we were told you had passed away and although we love you dearly we could not make you stay. God broke our hearts to prove to us he only takes the best.

Marcia and Wayne (Your sister and brother).

Dear Lord, as I get ready to get on this hog and prepare to ride,
Just let me feel your presence with me riding side by side.
Let us feel the wind together blowing across our face,
Don't let me fail to see and smell the nature around me as I ride from
place to place.
Dear Lord, keep me safe from harm and let the other drivers see me as I ride by,
And every once in awhile even though I'm a biker let them say, "Hi".
Keep me alert and always watching for others,
Don't let me ever fail to stop and help out one of my sisters or brothers.
And when my time on earth is up and it's time for me to take that ride in the sky,
Just give me a chance to tell everyone I love them and don't forget me when I die.
Lord, Thank You for letting me be a biker and doing what I loved the best,
For the many miles I traveled, places I got to go and see before I finally came to rest

Love you Willy, Rest in Peace.

Such cherished and fond memories of being young and carefree and having WAY too much fun for what seemed like endless summers on the back of Uncle Willie's Harley...whenever Sharon said it was ok, that is. You will be missed and remembered fondly by all as one that lived simply, fully and well. It was my priveledge to meet you and know you and laugh with you on occasions too numerous to count! Love to you as you go on your next journey and love to all the family still here.
