EFFORD, William Bruce. 9th April 1951 -31st October 2023. Beloved second son of Frank and Audrey Efford. Unconditionally loved brother of Ruth Efford, loved uncle Bruce to John, Kevin and families. "After pain comes peace, go in peace Dear Brother."
