So sad to hear that one of the most amazing men has left this world. Mike you never will never be forgotten. Your great sense of humour remains fixed in my memories forever. My thoughts with the Pat, Paula, Anna and Steven.

We are sorry we can't make today as I have a house full of children (looking after friends kids) and Martin is in Auckland. We would really like to be there for you. I am sorry I won't be able to share tomorrow with you but I will be thinking of you all.
