Curran, William John (John). Passed away peacefully on 29 July 2025, aged 75 years. Treasured husband of Catherine and beloved father to Raewyn and Mike, Benjamin, and Teresa. Adored grandfather of Lucas and friend to many. John's commitment to his family, friends and community was unwavering, and he touched the lives of so many. We farewelled John with music and laughter, in Karangahake, in the shadow of the mountain he loved, and will hold him forever in our hearts. Our thanks to the nurses and doctors at Thames Hospital for their exceptional care, and the people of Karangahake for your love and support.
