Our sincere condolences to you all Gaylene & family.
We have been thinking back to our time on your Kopuarahi farm & some of your farm visits. Spent more time talking about rugby than farming & had a few chuckles with some of the yarns Dennis told about his playing days.
Heartfelt thoughts are with you all at this very sad time.

Dear Gaylene and Family - my condolences to you all - I had the the privilege and joy to coach alongside Brownie for 2 years in the NZ U19 programme in 2006 and 2007 - wonderful times to Dubai and Belfast. I learnt much from Brownie and valued his wisdom and feedback - in rugby, coaching and life - and was the better for having met him. I will toast a wonderful life with a glass of red, which we use to enjoy post match! Arohanui RJ Smith
