Hi Gaylene, shattered to hear of your loss, but was honoured to see the recognition Dennis received prior to the Chief´s/Crusaders game.I have many fond memories of our Kereone / Morrinsville days both on and off the field. Our thoughts are with you and your family.

Dear Gaylene and Family - my condolences to you all - I had the the privilege and joy to coach alongside Brownie for 2 years in the NZ U19 programme in 2006 and 2007 - wonderful times to Dubai and Belfast. I learnt much from Brownie and valued his wisdom and feedback - in rugby, coaching and life - and was the better for having met him. What a terrible shock to learn of Dennis´s passing on Monday morning after speaking with him at Whangamata boat ramp 1.00ish Sunday whilst he was on his bike ride. And a promise of a beer at your new home !

Gaylene & Joanne. Can´t believe the big man is gone. It was a honour and a privilege assisting him coaching in Sunday´s Well. Great time together and some great memories.
