Whakawa PIO Obituary

PIO, Whakawa Formby. Passed peacefully at home on 16th January, 2024; aged 81 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Gwen. Loved father of Nicky and Pete, Pio and Trish, Jacky and Ange, Anne, Florence, and Rangiwaite. Loved Pops/Grandad/Gang- Gang of all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Tangihanga for Whakawa will be held at Otawhiwhi Marae, Bowentown. The service will take place tomorrow (Friday) 19th January at 11.00am, followed by burial at Faulkner Urupa, Athenree.
