Wendy HOOPER Obituary

HOOPER, Wendy Ann. Peacefully at Waikato Hospice, on 10th February, 2019; aged 76 years. Dearly loved wife of Neville, much loved Mum of Julie and Todd, Andrew and Alison, Marnie and Ian, and Arron and Julie. Cherished Grandma of Joanne, Graeme, Jeffery, Liam, Aleen, Connor and Nathan, and Great-grandma of Oliver and Lily. A celebration of Wendy's life will be held at the Pauanui Ocean Sports Club, Jubilee Drive, Pauanui, on Thursday 14th February, at 11am, followed by private cremation. As requested by Wendy, please wear bright colours to celebrate her life. Messages to: PO Box 198, Pauanui.

Thank you Wendy for making us so welcome when we visited you and Neville on two occasions on our trips from the uk. I wa great for me to meet you and it meant a lot to David. Rest in peace now a. Beautiful lady.

The Pauanui Information Centre was a huge part of Wendy's life and Wendy a huge part of the Info Centre for a great number of years.
Thank you Wendy for ensuring that local, domestic and international visitors had the best service they could possibly get. Comments in our visitors book were testament to Wendy's dedication and professionalism. Your gentle, kind and caring nature are missed by us all. Rest in Peace Wendy with all our love.
