Wayne HEWITSON Obituary
HEWITSON, Wayne Noel. On 17 July 2012 at North Shore Hospital, aged 48 years with his mother at his side. Dearly loved son of Anne and the late Noel. Loved brother of Lloyd (deceased), Carolyn and Debbie. Uncle of Leda, Emily, Elizabeth, Josh: Kylie, Matthew, Katrina: Claire, Sarah, Grace and Tom, and their respective families. Sincere thanks to the ICU, North Shore Hospital for all their care and attention. A service for Wayne will be held in All Saints Chapel, Purewa Crematorium, 100 St Johns Road, Meadowbank on Tuesday 24 July at 1.30pm. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to St John Ambulance, Private Bag 14902, Panmure 1741 would be appreciated or may be left at the service.
