WALTER ANDREW GIBSON
December 13, 1932 – November 28, 2016
Walter Andrew Gibson of Calgary, AB, passed away surrounded by his family at home on Monday, November 28, 2016 at the age of 83. He is lovingly remembered by his family, his wife of 60 years, Josephine; daughters, Dr. Rhonda Gibson (Matthew Binnie) and Sandra Gibson; grandchildren, Devon Gibson, Stephen Cheng, and Tiffany Cheng; great- granddaughter Alice Gibson; brothers, Nestor Gibson and Peter Zypchyn; sisters- in-law, Isabelle Gross and Theresa (Stan) Morgan; and brother-in-law Michael (Maxine) Csada. Prayers and Funeral Mass were held in Calgary this past December. Service of Committal and Interment will be held at Riverside Memorial Park, 815 Assiniboine Avenue East, Regina, SK on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. with Father Ken Koep officiating. Family and friends are asked to gather at the cemetery gates at 1:45 p.m. Following the interment, lunch will be served at the Gerein Centre, 351 Douglas Avenue, Regina, SK.
