FINDLAY, Walter George. Passed away at 88 years young. Loved and loving husband and partner of Yvonne. Loved father of Gael and David. Very proud grandfather of Alyx, Connor and Caleb. Walter was so proud that his Walter Findlay Ltd legacy was continuing with the 4th and 5th Generation of Findlay Family. A celebration of Walter's life will be held at Evans Chapel, Ormond Road, Gisborne at 1pm on Wednesday 1st October. Evans Funeral Service Ltd www.evansfuneral.co.nz

Walter Findlay, a real gentleman. He achieved what very few of our generation have been able to do, witness the younger generation continue running the family business. A reason to be proud of a life well lived, A marvellous effort. R.I.P Walter.
