BLAIKIE, Walter John. On 28 March 2026, peacefully at Lexham Gardens Lifecare, aged 91 Years. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Lisa and Ian, Craig and Anita, Jordan and Maria. Former husband of Kathleen. Loved grandfather of Malone, Ruby, Paris, Harry, and Sophie. Great-grandfather of Reuben, Moby, and Maggie. A service will be held at Grange Manor Chapel, 400 Dominion Road, Mount Eden on Wednesday 1 April at 1pm, followed by a private cremation. He was a rascal. Slàinte mhath Walter.

Blaikie, Walter John (Wattie). Died peacefully 28th March 2026. Much loved brother-in-law of Sharon and Darryl. Loved uncle of Carl, Tammy, Emily, Dane and Celia. "The race is run, the road is done, Your journey now at rest, A life of grit and quiet strength, Remembered as the best." Rest in peace Wattie.
