MCQUARRIE, Wallace Gordon. Passed away suddenly on 16 December 2023, aged 78 years. Loved husband of the late Margaret. Much loved father and father-in-law of Tracey and Scott Limond. Loving son of the late Evelyn Alderson and Donald McQuarrie. Loving brother and brother-in-law of Doug and Yvonne Alderson. Loved step-brother and brother-in-law the late Russell Alderson, the late Arnold and the late Anne Alderson, the late Colin Alderson, Evelyn and the late Russell Bulling, the late Gwen and late Ron Baker, Joan and the late Des Sturgess, the late Audrey and the late Joe Van Dam. "You will forever be in our hearts, guiding the way for us" A service to celebrate Wallace's life will be held in All Saints Chapel, Purewa, 100 St Johns Road, Meadowbank on Friday 22 December at 12 noon. A burial service will take place in Invercargill at a later date.
