My deepest sympathy to Mary and the Family. Vince was an inspiration to work with on the NZPTA. Your family has every right to be proud of his contribution to Education throughout NZ
I will always remember you Vince for your humour and negotiating skills in attempting to secure the best possible outcomes for the teachers and children in NZ.

Mr Welsh, we will never forget the memories at St Marys, especially you, a great leader, principal and a father figure to us all. Condolences to Mrs Welsh, your children, and grandchildren. Gone but never forgotten, fond memories of Mr Welsh at St Mary's will be with me forever. He really did put the "Pal" in Principal. Rest in peace.

What a sad loss, he was the nicest man I have ever known and so well loved by teachers, pupils and support staff a St Marys and the wider Papakura community. He was a great boss too.

Mary & Family, I have the fondest memories of Vince when he subbed for Margaret in Taupo at St Patrick's and I was his secretary. I was so glad to have run into you both at Manukau a couple of years ago. My deepest sympathies Mary & family he will leave a huge gap in all your lives. My prayers and thoughts are with you.
