Victor HENSLEY Obituary

HENSLEY, Victor Henry. 1931-2016, aged 84 years. Died peacefully at his home in Pukenui on Saturday 9th April after a long battle bravely fought with his family all around him. Loved husband of the late Pauline Anne Hensley, and loved father of his 6 children Victor, Christopher, Dorothy, Margie, Sharon, and Trevor and loved grandfather of his 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Vic was the eldest of 12 children and is survived by Dawn, Tui, Bill, Greata, Michael, Lila, and Hone and the late Norman, Ngaire, Sophie and Allen. A celebration of Vic's life will be held at the Araiawa (Raio) Hall in Pukenui on Wednesday 13th April at 2pm. In lieu of flowers all donations to Far North Palliative and Cancer Care Community Hospice. Geards Funeral Home, Kaitaia - 09 408 970
