To Bev and Vic's family
My aunt, Jac Drummond, worked with Vic in the legal section at the SAC. She spotted the death notice. My late father, Jim Plunkett, also worked with Vic in the SAC. Vic was the family solicitor for three generations, including one of my sons. He conveyed numerous properties and created a family trust. He was great to work with and would go out of his way to resolve issues, big or small. His knowledge of conveyancing practice was legendary. A cheerful chap despite his declining health. Very sad to hear of his passing and condolences to you, Bev, and your children. Regards, Jac, David and Ka Wai.

I have many fond memories of the sixty odd years I have known him. No more his delightful sense of humour. My love to Bev, Ainsley, Toby and Dean.

Sincere condolences to you all. Tim let me know that Vic's battle was over. I have many fond memories of dealing with Vic over the years at Goodmans. His sense of humour always brightened my day.

Thank you for your kind words Ernie. Dad spoke highly of you after I met you at Les´ funeral. We miss Dad terribly already and it helps so much to read your memories- thank you.

I am deeply saddened by Victor's passing. My memories of him go back to my youth in Karori. My late aunt, Boszi Cohen was family housekeeper to the family just after the war and Victor and his family were fellow congregants at Beth El at 128 the Terrace.
In 1980, as Mayor of Marton, Vic hosted a farewell function to a departing team of Rotary scholarship recipients heading to the Netherlands with our team leader, Bob Turner of Marton.
I always look at the Goodman family hone at 2 Friend St Karori.
I wish the whole family Long life.
