Veronica EVANS Obituary

EVANS, Veronica Agnes (nee Brookes). Peacefully at Mercy Parklands Private Hospital on 5 January 2017, her 90th birthday. Loved and loving wife of Peter, and dearly loved mother and mother in law of Philip and Anne Butler, Mark and Anne, Mary, John and Debbie, Matthew and Christine, Gerard and Maxine, Frank and Megan, Tim and Josephine Sturgess, Simon and Elizabeth Farrell, David and Veronica Gibbs, David and Catherine O'Connor, and Tony and Maree. Loved sister in law of Mary Evans. Grand and Great Grandmother to her 38 Grandchildren and 27 Great Grandchildren. Requiem Mass will be celebrated at the Sacred Heart College Chapel, 250 West Tamaki Road, Glen Innes on Wednesday 11 January at 11.00am. Rosary at 7.00pm on Tuesday 10th January at St Patrick's Catholic Church, Main Road, Huapai. There will be a private cremation after the mass. In lieu of flowers, donations to Mercy Parklands would be appreciated. We offer our deepest appreciation of the love and care they gave Veronica during her stay.
