Hi Margaret and family
Simon in Ennis has just told me of Vern's passing and I wish to offer you all my sincere sympathy on behalf of all the O'Donnells in West Clare - your cousins.I am the genealogist in the family and I have all your names entered in the O'Donnell family tree which goes back to 1714. My grandmother was Lizzie from Tullycrine whose brother, Billy was your granddad. Like Simon I am your second cousin.
If any of your family ever visits Ireland I would be delighted to meet them. We shall keep Vern, you and your family in our thoughts and prayers.
Condolences and best wishes from Dolores in Doonbeg, Co. Clare - not far from Tullycrine and Carrowduff.

Dear Margaret and family, was very sad to read Vernon had passed away, we always enjoyed a chat with you both, and often had a quick catchup on Main Street too ! I am in Sydney visiting grandchildren so couldn't be with you yesterday. A wonderful man at rest now.

Sad to hear of Vern's passing. I had the greatest respect for him and valued the advice and guidance he gave both during and after my time at O'Regan Arndt Peters & Evans. My thoughts are with the family at this time.
