Verna BUSH Obituary

BUSH, Verna Ruth (nee Williams). Verna passed away peacefully in her sleep and went to be with her Heavenly Father on Wednesday 25 February 2026, aged 96. Verna was born Mambasa Belgium Congo in 1929 to Missionary parents Bennet and Esther Williams. Loved wife of the late Henry. Beloved mother of Robert (decd.), David (decd.) and James. Mother-in-law of Kathryn, Vicki, Lisa and Elizabeth. Cherished grandmother of Geoffrey (decd.) and Katelyn; Susan and Mark; Adrian; Daniel and Sara-Jane; Zachary; and Matthew. Great- grandmother of Elizabeth, Oliver, Penelope and Heidi. A memorial service to celebrate Verna's life will be held at the Pyes Pa Chapel, 403 Pyes Pa Road, Pyes Pa, Tauranga at 2pm on Wednesday 11 March 2026. we had many memories thru the Model T Club of NZ, Les Webster took on her position in the committee of secretary over 30 yrs ago. Lesley Webster and Trish Rees jointly did the newsletter, which verna was doing also. Our condolences go out to the Family. Lovely Lady
