Verena KIRK Obituary

KIRK, Verena. Passed away peacefully Sunday 2 November 2025, aged 95 years. Cherished mother of Heidi, Lydia, Marlies, Sigrid, Miriam. A Grandmother and Great Grandmother to many. Requiem Mass will be celebrated at St John's Catholic Church, Hastings Road, Mairangi Bay, 10.30am Friday 7 November followed by private burial. The service can be viewed at https://247. stream/rooms/kirk She had unwavering faith and her legacy of love, service and devotion to God, her family and anyone who was blessed enough to know her, will never be forgotten. My deepest sympathy to Lydia and all of Verona´s family. It was my great pleasure to be friends with Verena. As Parish secretary at East Coast Bays for many years it was a pleasure to also work with her in voluntary capacity in the parish in so many rolls. Great conversations over coffees. Rest in peace dear lady your job on this earth is well and truly and faithfully done.
