SHAW, Valerie Dominica (Val). Born January 11, 1924. Passed away on July 09, 2024. peacefully .. Loved wife of the late Douglas, Mother to Peter (deceased)and Gregory, Grandmother to Rebekah, Matthew, Miro, Harriet and Magealena, Great Grandmother to six, At Vals request a family only get together will be held. Many thanks to all the staff at Belmont lifestyle Village. Will always be in our thoughts, Rest in peace.

I´ve just read of Valerie´s passing and want to offer my condolences to her family. I am her cousin, her father and my mother being brother and sister. I hadn´t seen Val for a number of years and didn´t know if she was alive or not. I have a fond memory of being given her bike when she no longer needed it
