Valerie HENDL Obituary

HENDL, Valerie Rosemary. Passed away peacefully on Thursday, 26th October 2023 at Summerset Rototuna, aged 86. Dearly loved wife of the late Ron. Love mother and mother-in-law of David and Amy, Noel and Liz, Dianne and Brian and Debbie. Loved Gran of Jack, Lucy and Josh, Oliver and Kayla, Ted, and Meg. Loved great-gran of Matilda. Forever in our hearts. A funeral service for Valerie will be held at the Fairfield Baptist Church, 1101 Heaphy Terrace, Hamilton on Monday, 6th November 2023 at 1:30pm. In lieu of flowers a donation to World Vision would be much appreciated and can be left at the service. All correspondence to the Hendl family C/- PO Box 276, Hamilton 3240. Dear David, Noel, Dianne and Debbie, mum (Zoe) can't be there on Monday, but wanted you all to know she will be thinking of you at 1.30pm. Valerie was lovely, and as a kid I loved to visit. It was special, take care, Kevin Norquay.

We are so sorry to hear of the loss of your Mum, Valerie. We have so many good memories of her from the weekend afternoons at your family home in Chartwell, the Mount and those August school holiday trips away.
