Valerie BROWN Obituary

Brown, Valerie (Nee Palmer). 15 February 1931 - 3 December 2025 Sadly Valerie passed away last Wednesday night, aged 94. Dearly loved wife of the late Ken. Much loved mother and mother-in-law to Carol, Scott and Nicole. Treasured Gran to Anna, Shelley, Izzie and Dylan. A very special great Grandma to Freddie. Valerie was the heart of our family, she will be incredibly missed. Our cherished memories of her will stay with us forever. Our grateful appreciation and thanks to St Andrew's Village, especially the wonderful staff of the Care Suites. With respect and kindness they took great care of Valerie over the past two and a half years. A private farewell celebration has been held.

Yesterday

Very sad to loose friends from so long ago, especially as I am same age. My late husband Tom Beech, and Ken were friends for many years Tom been deceased 50 years now, and lost touch with Val when I moved to Milford , North Shore, recently in Tauranga to be nearer my lawyer son.
So sad to see another of Auckland´s early beautiful models,as Val was depart.
