Sorry to learn of Trevor´s passing.Trevor and myself were best friends during our teenage years.I was the first player Trevor played and I believe I had some influence on him taking up the game.We both played tennis at the Takaro club in Palmerston North and one Sunday we were playing when it began to rain.I was already a member of the Squash club and I suggested we should go there and have a game.As i recall he didn´t show a lot of enthusiasm but did decide to come along. He very quickly began to love the sport and the rest is history as they say.we played regularly every week after that and one of my fondest memories is playing early evening and then going and having fish and chips together afterwards
Remembered always,
Raymond Stern

Condolences to the family. I can remember Trevor from working with him in Palmerston North when he always went out of his way to help us younger staff, by passing on his wide experience and his vast amount of knowledge.
Trevor also encouraged other staff to play the game of squash as he was
the NZ Champion. Trevor also had a great sense of humor.

Condolences to Betty and family.
As a youngster, Trevor was the first national squash champion I saw who gave the ball a good hammering,it was inspiring to watch him play. A great character who I enjoyed talking with from time to time about all things squash. God bless him.
