It is with much sadness that I learnt of Trevor's death today.
In February 2010, Trevor came into the Auckland Rescue Helicopter Trust's Mechanics Bay hangar and said he was having an 80th birthday and instead of gifts, he was going to ask all his friends to donate money to the Trust. This was such a lovely thing to do, I duly arranged for a local paper to do a story on Trevor, which they did, and sure enough he came back a few weeks later with a whole bunch of cheques and cash for us.
Trevor was a long time supporter of the Trust and we really appreciate all that he did for us.
Our thoughts go out to his family and all of his friends.

Dear Uncle Trevor
How lucky I was to share those special memories when I was only young. The swims at 6am in the morning, the rides in all those cool cars and to receive that awesome BMW sweatshirt when you returned from Germany. May you rest in peace xoxo

In a world where true gentlemen are few and far between, Trevor was certainly one. It was a pleasure to share a hobby with him.

It was my good fortune and pleasure to get to know Trevor as one of the Cafe on Kohi walking crew. Always a gentleman, wonderfully positive, kind and genuinely interested in everyone. Trevor was such a good man and he will be missed by many.
