Trevor HOOK Obituary

HOOK, Trevor Theodore. Passed away peacefully at Selwyn Village on 21 April, 2012; In his 88th year after a short illness. Loved husband of the late Nancy, loved father and father-in-law of Diane (deceased), Maureen and Ken Coughlan, Lorraine and Geoff Barnett, Jan and Chris Fooks, Sue and Gary Fraser. Beloved grandad of James, Tracey and Edy, Michelle, Chris, Tim, Jason, Cody, Kelly, and Michael. Our thanks to the staff at Christs Hospital for their kind and compassionate care of our Dad. No flowers by request. Forever in our hearts. A Service will be held at Grange Manor, 400 Dominion Road, Mt Eden on Thursday 26 April, 2012 at 10am followed by a private cremation.
