Trent MILLER Obituary

My name is Clarke Statham. I knew Trent from Taupaki Primary School. I was very fond of Trent but he was always busy in the sand pit constructing the most elaborate dams and power generation systems known to us other kids. In the end he took over the entire sand pit. I remember Mrs Hicky scolding him for this. He negotiated with her that he would only take 25 percent of the sandpit. He actually negotiated with Mrs French as well. He was a natural born Mathematician and dreamer. A rare combination. When he had successfully negotiated 25 percent of the sand pit, he also started teaching and delegating tasks to the other other kids in the sand pit and so they in effect were working for him. I really liked Trent. He made a life long impression on me.

I love you bro, I miss you.

Trent's respectful and courteous manner will be sorely missed at the club. He was highly regarded by all of us. Sincerest condolences to Trent's family.

MILLER, Trent John Passed away on 19 January 2014. Son in law of the late Bobby and Eileen. Brother in law and good friend of Cathrine and Keith, Robert and May, and the late Martin. Fun loving uncle to Brandon, Jake, Alexander, Alistar, Bobby and Emma. Doing what he loved. Will surely be missed by all. You will be in our hearts forever. Rest in Peace
