I am deeply saddened to hear of Tracey's passing. During my time as a medical retina fellow at Moorfields Eye Hospital, Tracey was more than just a colleague-she was a bright presence in the corridors, always wearing a smile that lifted the weight of long days and heavy clinics.

Her kindness was effortless, her laughter infectious, and her warmth made London feel a little less lonely, especially during a year when I was far from my own family. Tracey had a way of making people feel seen and supported, and I will always be grateful for the comfort and camaraderie she offered so generously.

She was good company in every sense-cheerful, thoughtful, and quietly strong. I will remember her not only for the professional excellence she brought to our team, but for the joy she brought to those around her.

My thoughts are with her family and loved ones. May her memory be a blessing, and may the light she shared continue to shine in all of us who had the privilege to know her.
