Watched him at The heart of the midlands he stood for over an hour telling stories and jokes never swore and no smut, had the audience in stitches,I don't think there is anyone who could do that these days.

Condolences to Joy and family. I worked with Tom at DOC and while there was given Tom's draft of The Tides of Kawhia to proof-read for him while away on holiday. Such great reading. The world is definitely a better place having had him in it. RIP Tom
