METE, Tokowha Poneke (Toko). Passed away peacefully on August 23, 2010 at the Hokianga Hospital, Rawene, aged 54 years. Loved husband of Maryanne. Adored father of Charles. Treasured son of the late Rihari and Totorewa Mete. Respected son-in-law, brother, uncle and nephew. Toko's Tangi is being held on the Tauteihiihi Marae, Kohukohu and his service will be held on the Marae, Friday, August 27, 2010 at 10am. "Now resting safely in God's hands."
