Timothy BRODIE Obituary

BRODIE, Dr. Timothy. BA MB BCh MRCS LRCP Dip Obst RCOG Squadron Leader RAF: Aden, Northern Ireland, Coltishall. In New Plymouth on September 21st 2021 in his 92nd year. Formerly of Waihi, Red Beach, Carterton and Dorset, England. Much loved partner of Shirley Smith. Dearly loved husband of the late Doris. Loved father and father-in-law of Sally, Penny and Ewan, Tim and Sharon. Grandfather of Alec and Cameron. Brother to Barbara and John (deceased). Loved Tim of Corinne and Ken Crowe and Heather and Kevin Zimmerman: Poppa Tim to the Crowe and Zimmerman families who welcomed him into their whanau on his move to New Plymouth. Sorry to hear the passing of Dr Brodie. Fond memories of Dr Tim when he was a member at the Fitzroy Golf Club and then at the New Plymouth Golf club. Arohamai to the family at this sad time. Ata Nui

Tim was a wonderful English gentleman. We enjoyed his wonderful conversations and were always impressed with his knowledge of each member of his family especially the Crowe and Zimmerman grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by many.
