Thomas KIELY Obituary

KIELY, Brother Thomas Kevin FMS (Brother Fidelis). On 3 January 2022 peacefully aged 94 at Little Sisters of the Poor, whose loving care is gratefully acknowledged. Fidelis was a loved and respected brother of the Villa Marist Community in Glendowie, and of the Marist Pacific District for 76 years, 26 of them as a missionary in the Samoas. He is deeply mourned by his loving nieces and nephews. May he rest in peace. Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 8 January at 11.00am in the Sacred Heart College Chapel Glendowie (entry via Crossfield Rd), the funeral then leaving for Waikaraka Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to The Marist Brothers Champagnat Trust, P.O.Box 24-400, Royal Oak, 1345, would be very much appreciated. Covid Vaccine passes must be produced.
