HOFFMAN, Thomas Edward (Tom). Passed away peacefully at North Shore Hospital on Thursday 6 September 2018 aged 97. Loved husband of Joan. Beloved dad of Anna and son-in-law Paula, Paul and daughter-in-law Nelica. Beloved Pa to Sarah, Ben, Tom and Ed. A service to celebrate Tom's life will be held at St John the Baptist Anglican Church, 47 Church Street, Northcote Point, Auckland on Wednesday 12 September at 11am followed by a private cremation.
