Theresa KEENAN Obituary

KEENAN, Theresa Alexis (Tess). On July 14th 2024, peacefully at Auckland City Hospital, aged 59. Loving wife to Michael and beloved mother of Alex. Adored twin sister of Angie and sister-in-law to Will. Much loved daughter of the late Mac and Rita MacDonald. Loved sister to Graham and Chrissy, Heather-Anne and Jon, Malcolm and Felicity, Ian and Alison, and Cathy and Carl. Beloved daughter-in- law of Margaret and the late Ray Keenan and sister-in-law of Maureen, and Angela. Special aunt to Anthony, Hannah, and Jess. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Tess at St John the Baptist Catholic Church, 212 Parnell Road, Parnell on Monday, July 22nd 2024 at 11 a.m. followed by private cremation.

I was lucky to meet Angela and Theresa at school when we were 14 -16 years old. We shared some good times and lots of laughter. I have fond memories of these days as I know others do too. My heart goes out to you all, for the loss of Theresa in your family. Sending you much love. Louise Gasparelli

The sorrow you must all be feeling, for the loss of such a beautiful person. Having shared only a few years with Teresa, and Angela, and ofcourse their numerous family, I feel privelaged to have been given that opportunity, although short, it has stayed with me forever.
